CORPORATE AND FINANCING SERVICES: Serves as outside general counsel to numerous corporations, many of which he has counseled from their initial formation through their growth to regional, national and international business operations. Provides business-oriented legal counsel to an array of clients ranging from emerging private and public companies to individual entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, investors, financial institutions and underwriters, counseling them on such complex matters as public offerings, private placements, venture capital investments, leverage-buyouts, recapitalization, reorganizations, restructures, acquisitions, mergers, dispositions, work-outs, defensive structuring and takeovers.

LITIGATION SERVICES: Represents clients in Federal, State and Appellate Courts in commercial litigation. Prosecute and defend a broad range of claims that arise in the course of doing business, including business torts, private or public contracts, employment, commercial, lender liability, securities, construction and real property litigation. Counsels lenders in the resolution of complex, trouble-debt restructures, foreclosures, collections, workouts and bankruptcy matters.
